Our mission is simple: to tell your story — beautifully.

Founded in Australia in 2008 by our executive producer Kate Downie, Beautiful Pictures has since become Western Australia’s leading production company. This year Beautiful Pictures has expanded operations further throughout Asia and has launched in Singapore.

As the driving force behind all our productions, Kate brings a level of attention, work ethic, and creative vision that’s resulted in collaborations with some of the world’s leading brands, including McDonald’s, Starbucks, Nikon, Woolworths, RAC Insurance, Nestlé, Lotterywest, Medibank, Campbell’s, and IKEA.

Since its inception, Beautiful Pictures has curated a team of directors, photographers, and producers who have the experience, professionalism, and creative mastery to tackle any project.

When it comes to locations, we have access to some of the best in the world, with extensive experience throughout Australasia.  We have successfully completed projects in some of Australasia’s most iconic, unique, and breathtaking places. But we also know where to find the weird, wild, and wonderful locations, when you need somewhere a little more surprising.

We also have a strong reputation for our facilitation services throughout the region. We love the challenge of solving complex production puzzles and have the experience, resources, and connections to make the process quick and easy for you, for any size project. If it’s a quick turnaround, small operation, or a long-term, cast of thousands project, we can manage as much of the production as you need us to.
